1. We are an IICRC Certified Firm. Owner, Derek McDonald is a IICRC Master Technician. We have been in Business for 13 years in Cedar City, Utah.
2. We offer “Double Clean Guarantee”. (If you’re not happy we come back till you are happy)
3. We have state of the art truck mounted carpet cleaning equipment.
4. We do background checks and drug screens on all of our employees.

How our Commercial Cleaning Programs work?
1. We go over, assess, and measure all of your cleaning needs.
2. We offer several packages and find the one that best fits your needs.
3. We sign a service agreement and set up monthly payment amount based on the package.
4. All our service Agreements can be canceled at any time with a full refund of un-used money.
5. Much like a janitorial service, we check out keys to all the areas we will need. (Don’t worry, all our keys are kept in a safe and are secretly coded.)
6. We write a maintenance schedule based on our cleaning needs.
7. We do the work and send you summary reports as often as you would like.
